"Music Therapy Assessment Tool for Awareness in Disorder of Consciousness" is a standardized assessment tool for use on adult disorder of consciousness. It is now being used as a dianostic tool in hospitals in Australia and the UK. It is also utilized in the treatment and planning of other populations suffering from disorder of consciousness including vegetative states and emerging states etc.
